MEMORY LANE

I found a box of pictures that had some real treasures. Dad, Sis and I looked through the pictures and recalled different stories behind the photos.

One of the best memories was the summer camping trips we took when we first moved to the states. My mother was the orchestrator of all the yummy foods while dad attempted to set up our orange canvas tent.

Another was all the great dinners we had outside in the summertime.

Lots of great times.

I found that too with my familly this year, quite bizzare sometimes to look at some of the pictures since most of the member are dead. But fun at the same time, fun and sad, and a lot to talk about between mother and son.

  2. Thank you for your story. I think that you will like my post, and comments, on Christmas In The 50s. Blessings to you.
